- The service you're interested in, and any message you choose to share with us
- Your WhatsApp number and the content of our conversations, if you contact us that way
- Your email address, if you write to us directly or if you download a resource or purchase the guide through Gumroad
We do not collect sensitive information or immigration documents through the website — those are only ever shared directly with you, through whatever channel you agree on with Elena.

- Deliver the free resources or the guide you've downloaded or purchased
- Follow up with you during your preparation, if you choose to work with us

We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it when necessary to provide the service (for example, with the payment platform Gumroad, to process the purchase of the guide) or when required by law.
Forms, Email, WhatsApp, and Gumroad
- Contact form: the information you enter is used only to respond to you and, if you authorize it, is passed along directly through WhatsApp.
- Email: if you write to us at community.services.ec@gmail.com, we keep that communication to follow up with you.
- WhatsApp: conversations over WhatsApp are also subject to that platform's own privacy policy, in addition to this one.
- Gumroad: the Free Evidence List and the guide "Que tu Historia de Asilo Hable por Ti" are distributed through Gumroad. Gumroad processes those transactions and downloads under its own privacy policy, separate from ours.
Website Analytics
This website does not currently use analytics or visitor-tracking tools. If we add tools like these in the future (for example, to understand which pages people visit most), we will update this section to explain exactly what information they collect and how it's used, before turning them on.
Requesting Changes or Deletion of Your Data
You can ask us at any time to correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, write to us at community.services.ec@gmail.com with your request, and we will address it as soon as possible.
